Ingredients
- 150g/5¼oz caster sugar
- 150g/5¼oz brazil nuts
Method
Heat the sugar in a frying pan. When it melts and reaches a dark caramel stage, add the brazil nuts and stir to coat well.
Pour onto baking parchment and leave to cool.
Break up and serve.
