• 2 ready-made brandy snap baskets
• 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 4 strawberries

Method

1. Place a brandy snap basket onto each of two serving plates.

2. Fill each basket with two scoops of ice cream.

3. Top each basket with two strawberries and serve.
