When life gives you lemons (and leftover egg whites) you should make whisky sours.

Ingredients
- 1 small free-range organic egg, white only
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla syrup
- 1 small lemon, juice only
- 50ml/2fl oz Bourbon
- 2 dashes bitters
Method
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake.
Strain into a tumbler with ice.
