Ingredients
- 1 free-range egg yolk
- 50g/1¾oz hard cheese (such as Cheddar), grated
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tomato, seeds scraped out
Method
Heat oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
Mix the egg, cheese, Lea & Perrins together. Season with the salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Fill the tomato with the mixture and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
