Ingredients

• 1 free-range egg yolk
• 50g/1¾oz hard cheese (such as Cheddar), grated
• dash Worcestershire sauce
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
• ½ tomato, seeds scraped out

Method

1. Heat oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.

2. Mix the egg, cheese, Lea & Perrins together. Season with the salt and freshly ground black pepper.

3. Fill the tomato with the mixture and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until bubbling and golden.
