Ingredients
- 6 kumquats, halved
- 2 tsp sugar syrup
- 35ml/1fl oz cachaça
- 15ml/½fl oz dry orange curaçao
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
To garnish
- ½ kumquat
Method
Place the ingredients in a long glass and crush with the end of a rolling pin.
Add some crushed ice and swizzle with a long spoon to mix
Garnish with half a kumquat and serve
