Quick recipe finder Fruit smoothie

Ingredients
- 250g/9oz frozen forest fruits, defrosted
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 100g/3½oz cream cheese
- splash water
- 3 tbsp crushed digestive biscuits, to serve
Method
Place the fruit, sugar, cream cheese and a splash of cold water into a blender and blend until smooth.
To serve, pour the smoothie into a tall glass and top with the crushed biscuits.
