Quick recipe finder Melon with Serrano ham

Ingredients
- ½ cantalope melon, peeled and sliced
- 2 slices Serrano ham
- freshly ground black pepper
- flatleaf parsley leaf, to garnish
Method
Place the melon slices on a plate and lay over the slices of Serrano ham.
Grind over some black pepper and garnish with the parsley leaf.
