Quick recipe finder Marshmallow and banana chocolate skewers
- 2 small bananas, sliced
- 1 200g/7oz packet marshmallows
- 200g/7oz chocolate, good quality dark chocolate
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a bowl over a pan of boiling water.
Peel and cut the bananas into 2cm/¾in slices.
Skewer a marshmallow then add a banana onto the skewers.
Remove the chocolate from the heat.
Dip the banana and marshmallow into the chocolate.
Place on parchment paper and put in the fridge until the chocolate sets.
Serve in a vase standing upright!
