Quick recipe finder Cranberry and pear relish

Ingredients
- 7oz (200g) light brown muscovado sugar
- 10fl oz (300ml) water
- 1 orange, grated zest and juice
- 8oz (225g) fresh cranberries
- 2 pears, peeled, cored and diced
Method
Dissolve the sugar in the water and then boil for 5 minutes.
Add the orange zest and juice and the cranberries and cook for 10 minutes, or until the berries are starting to burst.
Add the pears and gently cook for another 5 minutes. Cool.
