Ingredients
- 55g/2oz ready-rolled puff pastry
- icing sugar, to dust
- cocoa powder, to dust
- honey, to drizzle
Method
Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
Roll the pastry out into a very thin rectangle and dust with the cocoa and icing sugar.
Roll up the pastry from both ends until they meet in the centre. Slice into 1cm/½in slices and place onto a baking sheet. Place into the oven and bake for 5-6 minutes, or until risen and cooked through.
To serve, place onto a plate, dust with cocoa and drizzle with honey.
