Ingredients
- 1 scoop ice
- ¼ lime, juice only
- 35ml/1¼floz tequila reposado
- 15ml/½fl oz crème de cassis
- 100ml/3½fl oz cider
To serve
Method
Place the ice into a sling glass and squeeze over the lime juice.
Pour in the tequila, crème de cassis and cider. Stir once.
To serve, hook the slice of apple over the side of the glass. Garnish with the mint sprig.
