Ingredients
- 200g/7oz tinned chickpeas, rinsed
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- glug olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
To serve
Method
To make the dip, blend the chickpeas, seasoning, olive oil and garlic in a food processor until you have a smooth, creamy texture. Add more olive oil if necessary.
Spoon the dip into a serving dish and serve with bread and crudités.
