This Caribbean carnival cocktail is perfect for a celebration.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp vanilla syrup
- 25ml/1fl oz aloe vera juice
- 25ml/1fl oz guava juice
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 25ml/1fl oz white rum
- 25ml/1fl oz sourz pineapple liqueur
- 1 tbsp dark rum
To garnish
Method
Place all of the cocktail ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and stir until well combined.
Strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with the pineapple leaves and a slice of guava.
