Swap your after-dinner coffee for this potent coffee cocktail topped with a liqueur foam.

Ingredients
- 25ml/1fl oz vodka
- 25ml/1fl oz Galliano ristretto, or other coffee liqueur
- 3 squirts Bols cacao white foam
Method
Place the vodka and Galliano into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.
Strain into a small cocktail glass and top with the foam.
