- 25ml/1fl oz lemon juice
- 2 tsp orgeat syrup (available from online retailers)
- orange peel
Place all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake hard.
Strain the cocktail into a coupette glass and garnish with orange peel
