Ingredients
For the sangrita
- 700ml/ 1 pint 5fl oz tomato juice
- 200ml/7fl oz orange juice
- 75ml/3fl oz fresh lime juice
- 8 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 2 level teaspoons of cayenne pepper
To finish
- 50ml/2fl oz sangrita
- 50ml/2fl oz blanco Tequila
- 50ml/2fl oz lime juice
Method
For the sangrita, pour all of the sangrita ingredients into a jug and mix well.
To serve, pour each of the three drinks into a shot glass, then line up the three glasses.
Sip from each glass in turn – first the lime, then the tequila, and finally the sangrita.
