Quick recipe finder Apple Martini 
This cocktail is like boozy apple juice and wonderfully refreshing on a hot day.

Ingredients
- 25ml/1fl oz pink lady apple juice
- 50ml/2fl oz apple vodka
- 20ml/1fl oz green apple flavoured Sourz, or similar sour apple liqueur (available from specialist drinks suppliers)
To garnish
- slice of fresh apple
Method
Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a tall coupette glass and garnish with the apple slice.
