Quick recipe finder Affini tea
Try infusing your cocktails with tea for a sophisticated tipple.

Ingredients
- 50ml/2fl oz Scotch whisky
- 1 Lady Grey tea bag
- 1 tsp peach syrup
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- twist lemon peel, to garnish
Method
Pour the Scotch into a mixing jug with a handful of ice. Dip the teabag in for about 20 seconds to infuse, remove and add the remaining ingredients.
Stir until well combined, then strain the cocktail into a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with the lemon twist.
