Ingredients
- 2 pint (1.2L) medium dry cider
- 4oz (110g) soft brown sugar
- 12 whole cloves
- 4 sticks of cinnamon
- 8 whole allspice
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 6 dried apricots, thinly sliced
Method
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Strain the cider into tumblers and serve.
