Quick recipe finder Spiced cashews

Ingredients
- 75g/2½oz cashews
- 25g/1oz butter
- 1½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soft brown sugar
- pinch ground ginger
- pinch ground allspice
- pinch paprika
Method
Put the cashews into a dry frying pan and fry over a low heat until slightly browned on all sides.
Add the butter, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and spices and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Pour into a small bowl and leave to cool slightly before serving.
